\dfrac{1}{2}mv^2+\dfrac{1}{2}I\omega^2=\dfrac{1}{2}kx^2

\dfrac{1}{2}mv^2+\dfrac{1}{2}\dfrac{mr^2}{2}\times(\dfrac{v}{r})^2=\dfrac{1}{2}kx^2

Put the value into the formula
