The formula is

Torque (tau)= pE sinϴ

Here E =10^-5
ϴ=90°

P=q×2d
=10^-6 ×2×10^-2

P=2×10^-8
Sub all the known values...

τ =2×10^-8 ×10^-5 ×1 [sin 90°=1]

τ = 2×10^-13 C m.
