\frac{10x-5-18x+6}{15}=\frac{1}{3}

\frac{1-8x}{15}=\frac{1}{3}

Cross multiply,

3(1-8x)=15

3-24x=15

24x=-12

x=-\frac{12}{24}

x=-\frac{1}{2}

Therefore, The value of x is x=-\frac{1}{2}
