This is me, Sarojini , President of the Residents' welfare Association is writing a letter to inform you and lodge a complaint against the shops which had been constructed in the Public Park of our area.

Sir/Madame , As being a President of the Residents' welfare Association I am concerned about the ease and comfort of the citizens which are being violated by the construction of the three shops in the Public Park. Common citizens are facing difficulties beacuse of the shops and we are certainly being complained about it. We have tried talking with the owners of the shops but they aren't taking measures.
So, No choices are left to us rather than filing a complaint against them.

So, I would kindly request you to file a complaint against the shops and take quick measures to remove the shops from the Public Park as soon as possible. I shall be obliged if you take the action and get it done quickly.
