There are ways to spice up one's work And I am surely not asking you to
be an office gossip-monger. There are predominantly three kinds ofpeople at a work-place. Firstly, the ones who work for money alone, andwouldn't devote even an iota of their time beyond the 9-5 office timings,They are usually not happy with what they are doing, unlike the others,Secondly, there are those, for whom, work is a means of gettingappreciation and rewards. They are happy N they feel their efforts arebeing acknowledged and rewarded. They stretch themselves to finishtheir work on time and are an asset to the organization. Thirdly, the oneswho consider work as an end in itself. They put their heart and soul intotheir work and never worry about rewards. I am just asking you to tryand transform yourself into one of the the latter two.
