Increasing the temperature of an aqueous solution will cause

Increasing the temperature of an aqueous solution causes (a) decrease in molality (b) decrease in molarity (c) decrease in mole fraction (d) increase in molarity

Answered by admin @

Answer ⇒ (b). Decrease in molarity.

Explanation ⇒
If the temperature of the substances will be increased then the volume of the substances will increase.
Now,
Molarity of the substances inversely proportional to the Volume.
∴ If the volume will increase then the molarity will decrease.

Molarity = No. of moles of the solute/Volume of the Solutions.

Hence, Option (b). is correct.

Hope it helps.
