so lets do it step by step

first lets convert year to hours

1 year has 365 days - 365 days per year

and a day has 24 hours - 24 hours per day

therefore 1 year will have -1 year x 365 days per year x 24 hours per day

= 8760 hours

next convert hours to seconds

1 hour has 60 minutes - 60 minutes per hour

and 1 minute has 60 seconds - 60 seconds per minute

since 1 year has 8760 hours

8760 hours will have - 8760 hours x 60 minutes per hour x 60 seconds per minute

= 31 536 000 seconds = 3.15 x 10⁷ s

answer is 3.15 x 10⁷ s in one year
