The head loss due to friction is 116.18 m

The head loss is calculated by the formula

h= $\frac{4flv^2}{2gd}$

here, 4f is the friction factor

First we will calculate the velcoity of flow inside the pipe by the equation of continuity

Q=av

0.2=(3.14*0.2^2)/4*v

v=6.4 m/s

Now calculate the head loss

h=(0.0225*500*6.4^2)/(2*0.2*9.81)

=116.19 m

Hence the head loss in m is 116.19.
