1)a frame is at rest or moving with uniform velocity
example :railway platform
2)in this Newton's laws of motion holds good
non inertial frame of reference:
1)a frame that moves with a uniform acceleration
example: rotating platform
2) in this Newton's laws of motion does not hold good
