Let the flow rate, density and velocity of flowing water be respectively. q,d,v

Force exerted by flowing water =dqv

Power generated by flowing water=F.v= dqv^2

But we know that . q=A.v Where A is area of pipe

Power = pq^3/A^2

Power is directly proportional to A^2

Therefore p0:p1 = n^3 : 1
