Earth has 24 time zones spread over its 360º circumference. Each time zone is 15º wide. Boston is close to longitude 71º W; Honolulu is close to longitude 158º W.
How many time zones apart are Boston and Honolulu?
A. They are 6 time zones apart because 87/15 ≈ 6.
B. They are 5 time zones apart because 360/71 ≈ 5.
C. They are 4 time zones apart because 87/24 ≈ 4.
D. They are 2 time zones apart because 158/71 ≈ 2.
I think it's either B or D, but i'm not certain.
