It was exactly one week before Thanksgiving when John Smith, a local farmer, woke up with an empty farm and a terrible notice.

According to his neighbors, some turkeys were walking along the road or into the forest at five in the morning, but no one knew why, till Cameron Orwell, John's neighbor, realized that all of John's turkeys were missing and the gate was open.

When Cameron saw this, he immediately told John, and together they try to catch the turkeys back. Unfortunately, the majority of them were deep into the woods, and it was not possible to bring them back.

How they scape is a mystery because John remembers securing the gate. He says that maybe they are smarter than what we think.

John's family will not have the best of Thanksgiving this year since the majority of his income comes from turkeys. But the community is willing to help them in any possible way and, what is more, find out how the turkeys got free.
