Read the first paragraph from a cover letter: Dear Sir or Madam: I am responding to your advertisement seeking administrative assistants. I feel I am highly qualified for the position and have a great deal of relevant experience. I am hardworking, extremely organized, and proficient on both PC and Mac computers. Because I've worked mostly for volunteer organizations, I need a lot more money. I believe that your company can provide me with that. Why is this cover letter inappropriate?
