Samuel Johnson's dictionary was different from previous dictionaries of the English language as it used literary excerpts to illustrate word usage. The correct option among all the options given in the question is option "B". Although there were several facts that separated this dictionary from all the previously created dictionaries of that time. This dictionary had the largest collection of words and that number was 427773. No other dictionaries had this number of word collection. this dictionary included the origin of the word and it was unique during that time.
