Hey there !,,
as your question saying what kind of people :-
1. people who comes under below poverty line considered as poor persons in India .
2. peoples who do work hard but earn a little such as labours , they work whole day but earn what just amount of 400 per day as wages.
3. peoples who cleans toilet , for just earning some rupee are considered poors .
but our Indian govt. is truing to give loan many to many persons as much as possible at a little interest and provide them a chance to start their business or even any work for their own .
