It is Vijay Pandurang Bhatkar, the technocrat, who is known as the father of Indian supercomputer.
He has many degrees under his collar and also studied in IIT, Delhi. He worked at the Centre of development of Advanced Computing or C-DAC and had received many awards including Padma Shree and Padmabhusan. Presently he is the Vice Chancellor of Nalanda University.
