I think it is H2O2 because

O-H bond is polar due to electronegativity difference between O and H.

O-H bond is non-polar.

Now,

Let us consider the remaining examples

NH4Cl: all the bonds are polar .

HCN: Both the C-H and the C-N bonds are polar
.

HClo2 is polar..
