Under what conditions molarity and molality of solution nearly the same

Molarity and molality should be identical under the following conditions:
1. The density of the solvent is equal to 1g/mL.
2. The dissolution of the solute does not result in any change in the volume of a given amount of the solvent in which the solute is dissolved.
Since the density of water is 1g/mL, for aqueous solutions only the second condition needs to be met.
For an aqueous solution, molarity and molality should be almost equal when the concentration is very low.
