Hunds rule

The electrons fill the orbitals first in the lowest energy, and then it moves to higher energy orbitals, when after the orbitals energy is low are full.
This rule states that “all the electrons in individually occupied orbitals have the same spin”. “Every orbital in a sub level is individually occupied before any orbital is doubly occupied”.
Maximum multiplicity of hunds rule, more than two orbitals energy are equal. Individually they are occupied by electrons before the pairs were filled by them.

Bond order = (amount of electrons - amount of anti bonding electrons)/2

Given

Amount of anti bonding electrons is 6.

Amount of electrons is 4.

Bond order = (6-4)/2

Bond order is 1 and unpaired electrons are unavailable so it is diamagnetic.
